All our services are currently available by appointment only. To get a quote or schedule an appointment please contact us via e-mail or using the quote / contact us forms available on this website.
Walk-ins are always welcome (we operate on first come / first served basis) but to minimize wait time we strongly recommend contacting us via e-mail, our online forms, or phone before coming in since in most instances customers can conveniently place orders or get order related questions answered remotely and “while you wait” service is not guaranteed.

Indigo is amazing, I work for several non-profits that have been working with them a long time and they always turn around very quickly! We typically speak with manager who is respectful, efficient, and very helpful! We love supporting this business. On one occasion, we missed our own deadline and didn't get to the store to pick up our flyers in time for our event and the manager went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed on time without being asked. We truly could not believe it. Highly recommend working with Indigo!! Can't sing their praises enough.
These are some good people! I had some printing I needed to get done, and I have no experience with printing. I emailed them on Saturday morning, they got back to me that same morning. We went back and forth a bit on sizes, papers, matte/gloss, pricing, and picked up my order today (Monday)! The general manager even got back to me on a Sunday.
Pick up was very easy. Greeted by two individuals and a dog. They were all very friendly, gave me more ideas about framing, and were such nice people. I had them print a 12x18 and 13x19 image - they were $2 each... you read that right... $2 each... WHAT A DEAL!!! I'll be coming back here for all my printing needs.
I've tried multiple printing services in the city and so far Indigo beats everyone in quality, cost, and promptness - making it my new go to printing stop for marketing materials.
They were extremely helpful in regards to technical specs and delightfully answered all my questions and left feedback for improving designs for their print appearance. This makes this service very safe in regards to error on the designers part.
There was some small, subtle inaccuracy in color but that is to be expected from local printing services. They did great on every trim and cut. They always finish printing/cutting within hours of my initial email, which is very prompt. I will definitely be using them again and recommend anyone to do the same.
