A: Walk-ins are always welcome (we operate on first come / first served basis, no appointments) but to minimize wait time we recommend contacting us via e-mail or phone before coming in since in most instances customers can conveniently place orders or get questions answered remotely.

A: Indigo Digital Printing was founded 2010, however the management and staff has a long experience in this field of business.

A: We are located at 900 South Wabash Avenue in Chicago, Illinois 60605. Entrance in the store is located on the side of the building, on 9th Street.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not been processed, you may cancel it and receive store credit. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
