Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Walk-ins are always welcome (we operate on first come / first served basis, no appointments) but to minimize wait time we recommend contacting us via e-mail or phone before coming in since in most instances customers can conveniently place orders or get questions answered remotely.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: Indigo Digital Printing was founded 2010, however the management and staff has a long experience in this field of business.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 900 South Wabash Avenue in Chicago, Illinois 60605. Entrance in the store is located on the side of the building, on 9-th Street.

Q: What makes you different from your competitors?

A: Our customer service is unbeatable! We strive to provide the best quality print job and customer experience out there. We want our customers to know they got the best deal on the best print job. Our company will grow from word of mouth and we want to keep our customers saying positive things about us.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Students, faculty and university staff will get up to 10% of our in house printing regular rates just by presenting your university ID card.

Q: Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

A: If you’re not satisfied with what your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We want your repeat business.

Q: How do I request a bid?

A: Easy! Just call us at (312) 753 3025, e-mail us at indigo@rcn.com, or at our Contact Us page and we’ll get a quote to you ASAP.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order has not been processed, you may cancel it and receive store credit. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.

A: If your order has not been processed, you may change it.
